A local fave, have been going there for years.
It used to be a great little gem. The food is mediocre, tge service terrible and the restaurant run down. Very expensive.
Really good fish n chips. Again a bit over cooked. Some of the best yartsr sauce ive eber had. The waiter was working alone but did have a hostess and busboy.
We showed up with a party of 6 at 7pm on a Thursday and requested patio seating since we had a small Pomeranian with us. It was really windy out and the lady said she'd be right with us. We were waiting out on the patio area for servers minutes discussing if we would rather go someplace else. The lady never came out to put tables together or bus the tables that were dirty. We finally asked if we could just sit inside someplace which of course because of the dog they said no which we understood but meanwhile we're still waiting to be seated. At this Point thinking if it takes this long to be seated then eating here is probably not going to love much faster. She was the only server on that night. Clearly not effective on a Thursday night. Not too motivate to keep our business we left and luckily found someplace so awesome. I'm so happy we left that's why the 2 stars otherwise would be zero.
Very low key grill with nice food. Super staff. Nice back room for private parties.
